Appointment Booking Instructions

Nurse’s appointment
This appointment is intended for short, non-urgent or acute nurse visits. For example: initial assessment of an acute upper respiratory infection, short sick leave certificates, stitch removal, blood pressure checks, etc.

Occupational health physician’s acute appointment
Intended for acute occupational health physician visits, such as sudden illnesses and pain conditions, flu and acute infections, abdominal pain, back pain, headache, etc.

Occupational health physician’s appointment
Intended for non-urgent occupational health physician visits, such as treatment of chronic / basic illnesses, follow-up / control visits, discussion of laboratory results, medication issues, and various certificate-related matters, etc.

In the event of an accident, you do not need to make an appointment. Our accident emergency service is available at all locations during opening hours without prior appointment (walk-in). If it is a fracture, wound or other sudden injury, you can come directly to the clinic.

 

Important information about the appointment

Cancellation policy:

A booked appointment can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge at the latest 24 hours before the appointment. You can cancel via the link in the confirmation email you received or by calling. For a no-show or late cancellation, we charge 50% of the service price. Read the full booking terms here.

Occupational health services are free of charge for the employee —

the employer covers the costs (and receives part of them as Kela reimbursement afterward).

  • Bring your Kela card or personal identity number (preferably a photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport).
