We serve you in Levi, Ruka, Saariselkä, and Pyhä. Our online booking is open 24/7.
In case of an accident, you do not need an appointment. Our trauma urgent care serves at all clinics during opening hours as a walk-in service (without prior booking). If you have a fracture, wound, or other sudden injury, you can come directly to the clinic.
In an emergency, always call the general emergency number 112.
Important booking information
Cancellation policy:
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge at least 24 hours before the visit. You can cancel via the link in the confirmation email or by calling us. For uncancelled appointments or late cancellations, we charge 50% of the service price. Read full booking terms here.
Payment & Insurance:
Payment is made on-site during the visit.
- Finnish residents: Please bring your Kela card to receive the direct reimbursement deduction.
- Travelers: If you have travel insurance, please bring your insurance card or insurance certificate.
