Come to the clinic
Proceed to our nearest clinic if possible. Our medical centers in Levi, Ruka, Saariselkä, and Pyhä are centrally located near the slopes, so help is close by. If you cannot move on your own, we will assist in arranging transport.
Receive treatment
Our doctor will receive the patient immediately. We will perform necessary examinations and start treatment right away – for example, we cast broken limbs, clean and stitch wounds, and administer medication immediately on-site.

If needed, we create a follow-up plan and provide written care instructions (e.g., how to manage with a cast). We also cooperate closely with larger hospitals, so if you need further treatment (e.g., surgery), we arrange the referral and transport smoothly.
